The Star Family Foundation is an organization dedicated to assisting active current STAR Touring and Riding members in times of hardship or crisis.

Since being founded in 2006, the foundation has able to help members who have lost their loved ones due to motorcycle accidents, help children and adult members with transportation or receive necessary treatment for life threatening illnesses and a child to receive a dog trained to monitor his blood sugar to decrease his risk of having seizures, also aid members in financial stress due to surgeries, illnesses, or medication/hospital/burial costs and short term financial help

To date, approximately $80,000. has been given out in financial aid.
