Locally, the Chapter 386 supports the Children's Home of Easton, a private, nonprofit organization that provides a caring, nurturing environment for children in need, as well as, assistance to their families.

For the past few years, members of the LV Stars chapter have participated in the annual Christmas party by pulling Santa in a sleigh behind a motorcycle.
